Access Knowledge Base
The HeirList Knowledge Base is a repository of files to support HeirList. At launch, 61 of the 100 IDRS questions had a PDF with: question description, list of items, (by item number) detailed item description, and a discussion on how to resolve each. These details allow a user to determine relevance of each item. Questions have a comprehensive list of items, and many will not apply to everyone. The vision was to create a manageable file (PDF) that allowed a user to focus on the area (question) they were working on, and not to have to have a cumbersome manual, even in electronic form. Given the initial size of over 550 pages, we encourage people to check to see which questions (letters) are relevant to their deceased and download those files to their own PC. The individual files also allow for easier printing to facilitate working, meetings and discussions. In the future, the Knowledge Base will continue to refine and add IDRS questions and items. We also are developing files for each American state showing differences in applicable laws, government agencies and process requirements.
Upon purchasing Knowledge Base access in the application's store or on this website, a link to a Google Drive folder will be sent to your email address. The folder will change in the future for security, and a new link will be emailed to all current subscribers. We would encourage anyone working on a deceased person’s affairs to become a subscriber.

Access Knowledge Base Notes
Our Knowledge Base will continually have files added to it. Each file has a date on it so as to allow one to know whether it is the most recent release. Also, the links will be changed periodically, and authorized users will receive them via email, so please ensure emails from HeirList.com are whitelisted. We do not market to our user lists nor sell your information to any partners. Thank you for subscribing.
